We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, i.e. after 7 days of delivery. Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
Returns on socks are not allowed Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow returns on used merchandise.

My School Depot gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on My School Depot within 7 days of the receipt of the order. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:
• With the quality of the product
• With the fitting of the product
• Or if you receive a damaged product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Exceptions to the Return Policy:

COD refers to Cash On Delivery.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. My School Depot offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Their is an additional charge of Rs 50 per order for COD (cash on delivery) payment option. Not all deals/products/locations have COD option. Please check the deal page before buying.

Generally there are no extra charges on items sold on MySchoolDepot.com Although there may be a small charge for shipping and COD (cash on delivery) payment option. If the product bought on My School Depot.com comes with a free gift, you will have to return it along with the product you have raised return request for.

You will receive a refund anytime between 7-15 days. Refunds of all prepaid orders will be made as MSD Cash in your My School Depot Account.
MSD can be used for your future purchases on My School Depot.com.

Once you request a return or replacement on My School Depot, we will arrange a pickup for your item and bear the courier charges. In case pickup is not available at your location, you will have to ship the item to us. We will refund the courier charges borne by you in the form of MSD cash in your My School Depot Account.

We are sorry you had to experience this but please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. Do not worry, your order is on its way to you! The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest

Your order will be dispatched through an independent courier service depending on the size of the order.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver products internationally at this point in time. However, you can place your orders for delivery in India from any part of the world.

Since the delivery is by an independent courier service, they will reattempt delivery up to two times, after which they will return the parcel back to their depot. However the first attempt of delivery will be made without calling you but the second attempt will be made after calling you and confirming time frame of delivery.

2 - 4 days*: Items are currently in stock with local distributor(s)/vendor(s) and may likely be shipped on the same/next day if the order(s) is placed before 2 p.m.
3 - 7 days*: Items are available at the distributor's warehouse and will need to be ordered from there.

Out of stock: These items are currently out of stock. We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the items are back in stock.
Pre-Order: The stock of these products is expected shortly (usually within 2-3 weeks). We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the products are ready to be shipped for you to place your order(s).
Note: Items ordered on Saturday after 4 p.m. will take an extra day to ship due to the weekend.
